Like 100% natural coconut - very clear and fresh smell and taste of the coconut fruit right from the top of the coconut palm tree. Undiluted concentrated flavoring by Inawera (INW).

This is concentrated flavoring and must be diluted before use!

Note - We cannot accept returns or exchanges on flavoring

    It's pretty much dried coconut.

Tested at 3% single flavor, no sweetener. Fairly weak nut flavor. Not getting creamy notes, mostly a waxy desiccated coconut. Not my favorite, probably will only use as an accent flavor to try to create a more realistic "just opened a coconut" flavor. Definitely dont use this at a 3% flavoring unless you want the waxy note. .5-1% is my suggested range to use this in mixes.

    Best Coconut ever

Wanted to also mention, this goes extremely well with Inawera's pineapple along with some vanillas, custards and creams for a great pina colada. Add it to your favorite vanilla custard recipe with a bit of pie crust for a coconut custard pie! Or add it with some orange/tangerine, pineapple, banana, and strawberry for a delicious tropical mix! Throw in some creams and custards to smooth it all out and add some sweetness. This flavor rocks!

    Best Realistic Coconut available

Posted by Todd on 14th May 2017

Inawera hasn't let me down yet in my quest for the best pina colada or anything else, for that matter. We're gonna forget about that pineapple shisha... Anyway, this stuff is the best! It's strong like most Inawera flavors, start with small amounts unless you want crazy coconut flavor. This is the most realistic one I've tried so far. It's definitely worth the money. TRY IT! You will NOT be dissatisfied.

Great extract here, smooth flavor with pleasant after taste. I mixed with vanilla to increase the sweet just a bit. I will be buying more soon
