A very rich coco flavor, comes through very well in the recipes I've tried.

Excellent cocoa flavor
Perfectly bitter, like baking cocoa. I would use sparingly, as it is very dark and has a lot of sediment (will gunk up coils in a flash).

True Cocoa
This is a great flavor for adding a chocolate cocoa flavor to any mix because its not very sweet. I mix my flavors stronger than average person does and I still only use 2% max. Its strong and can over power if used over .75%. If you like chocolate give it a try.

STRONG STRONG STRONG
Did I mention it was STRONG? It tastes good, but even at 1% it dominates every recipe I added it to. I'd definitely recommend starting below 1% for sure.

Great flavor
Cocoa is a must have for me and this is the nicest I have found. It is Cocoa Powder type and not the Hot Chocolate type. I use it in so many mixes. I use it to take some sweetness from things like meringue or marshmallow or to add a smoky depth to dark fruits and berries or tobaccos.
