Absolutely delicious. Perfect balance of pastry, cinnamon, and glaze/icing. I used this at 10%. I like it best with some already-made vanilla bean ice cream mixed in.

Must Have Intense Flavor
This flavor is a must-have if you're making apple pie apple strudel apple fritters cinnamon rolls Cinnabons, etc. Just be careful not to go too heavy because it can mute, well FA Fuji Apple. I wasn't really that big on Cinnamon until I found this flavor and realize how much I enjoy it.

Great cinnamon roll
This is such a nice flavor. I’ve not tried it alone, but I replaced DX cinnamon pastry with this and it made such a difference! You get the danish, the sweet cinnamon and a cream sweet frosting. It made a huge difference in my mix! I bought a larger bottle!

Nothing but STRONG cinnamon spice
I don't know, after reading the gushing reviews, I'm not impressed with this flavor. At 4% I'll I got was strong, spicy cinnamon, way too powerful. I can only use it at 2% or lower to add cinnamon spice to a recipe. I can't recommend

This is by far the Best Cinnamon Flavor ever. I made Cinnamon Toast Crunch and WOW, this packs the perfect punch. Simple and lite on the pallet. Delicious!!!
