Amazing Flavor
I am using the Capella Cinnaomon Danish Swirl @3% in a recipe with rhubarb and strawberry. The result is an excellent Rhubarb Pie taste. Wonderful! BCF products and service is awesome!

Delicious!
I let this flavor steep overnight at 2% with 10% blueberry (extra) and 1% sweetener. It almost completely masked the blueberry but the flavor was still very good. The cinnamon flavor comes in strong with a hint of bakery.

BEST CINNAMON DANISH FLAVOR ON THE MARKET IMO
This Cinnamon Danish Swirl by Capella is by far the best cinnamon danish flavor out there. I have tried all other brands of CD, but all disapointing. CAP CDS is a very sharp sugary cinnamon flavor like biting into a fresh Cinnabon roll. With a very smooth bread note at the end. I use frosted donut, sugar cookie, and other creams in my favorite recipe with this. I love shopping with BCF with their friendly and outstanding service. Thank you

This is an amazing flavoring although I did find the cinnamon to be a little overwhelming. With a proper steep and breathing the Danish will start to shine...

This is a very versatile flavor. If you want just a hint of cinnamon and bakery goodness or a whole lot you can't go wrong with this one. Get a bit bottle because you will use it a lot!

My Favorite
This one is my favorite. It is the main note in my ADV. It can be a stand alone but it is much better when mixed with the proper supporting concentrates. Very good at 6 to 7% and less. More is not good.
