Great Chocolate Cake
Better than all the other chocolate cake flavors out there. Keep this flavoring at a low percentage and you will have no problems.

Dark chocolate cake
This is mostly dark chocolate cake to me. I get a little bit of other notes, possibly coconut but for the most part this is just a great dark chocolate cake base that used the right way could be turned into all kinds of great.

I've tried a lot of chocolates, and so far this is my favorite. It's the least tootsie roll tasting one that I've had. My second favorite is Chocolate Truffle from Baker's Flavors. This one does have a slight hint of coconut, but most of the time I don't notice it.
