This was my first attempt at anything chocolate flavored. .5 % is all it takes of this rich creamy chocolate.

    Very Accurate German Chocolate Cake

This flavoring is spot on, but also very strong. As a primary note I only use it at 1.75%, if you go much higher it will overpower everything else. It has the best chocolate flavor I've had, but because it also has coconut & pecans this is limited to either German Chocolate Cake or possibly an Almond Joy at 1% with some almond & coconut candy. If you feel it's not hitting an accent note, don't bump the flavor up, add them in. Again, this is one of the most accurate layered single flavors I've tried but it's limited.

    Holy wow

This stuff is incredible! Really great chocolate, I get a cakeyness from it. It's a really great start for a German Chocolate Cake. You do have coconut undertones, but I could see this working great in a lot of recipes that call for a chocolate. Really great by itself 2-2.5%, prob 1.5-2% in a recipe or lower (depending on receipe)

Buy 2 bottles if you are a coffee drinker! One drop in your mug, pour your coffee and sit back and be amazed!

    Stellar Chocolate!

Killer stuff. But beware, there are coconut notes hidden within. The more you use the more it is detectable. If you are not a fan of that, stay away.
Other than that... Grand slam! Tastes like a thick chocolate mousse with some coconut undertones.
