Nice creamy non cheesy cheesecake
I don’t get a lot of BA or cheesy notes OR crust from this, but what I do get at 2% is the nicest creamy very slightly cheesy cheesecake. You could add this to any other cheesecake or desserts, creams, custards, any place you want a rich creamy buttery note. This would be great with Custard extra 1, a filling for a doughnut. Mid to low sweetness. It reminds me of toasted coconut cheesecake (PUR) minus the coconut.

Creamy
I mixed it at 3% stand alone. Good job FA. This cheesecake is light on the cheese note and heavier on the cream notes. It has some crust but the crust isn’t overwhelming to me. The best way I can describe this cheesecake is that it’s closer to a no bake cheesecake because it’s heavier on the cream. I can see this being used in many applications because it’s such a versatile cream note.
