Wonderfully Unique
This champagne goes well with fruit and honey. Also any "fizzy" flavorings. I use it in many of my mixes.

Tried it with orange and grapefruit (did %8 fruit, %3 this) and it created a very crisp delicious flavor that's not too sweet
