Caramel but very strong
Nice Caramel but use it sparingly. It is very heavy in flavor.

Caramel is a great sweetner and smoother
It should not be used as a stand alone flavor, but as a sweetener it's awesome. I like coffee and peanut butter (don't judge until you try it). I made a batch with too much coffee and could barely taste the peanut butter so I added a drop per 5 ml and "bam" the peanut flavor was there and great. Used it to enhance and save tons of my mixes.
