It is hard to find a decent coffee flavoring. This one is working out nicely for me. It is not burnt tasting and is like a medium roast with a bit of cream in it. A nice neutral coffee flavor that would be good with additions of things like amaretto, irish cream, caramels, hazelnut, etc. It is pretty concentrated so you might want to start at .50-1% and work your way up.
