It Is Perfect
Great brown sugar flavor. Nice earthy fresh brown sugar. Gives a good bite at higher percents. A lot more like caramel sugar. Adds a little sweetness, but not too much.

I use this as a sweetenerl. So far no problems. Great with white fruits, peach apple and pears

Strong
This one is spot on Brown sugar. If your looking for that taste or even as an additive for a little sweetener...This is it! It is very strong so it don't take much! I do have to pet this one breath though...which I don't mind! Does take a few days steeping!

My favorite
When I need brown sugar, and it seems that is often, this is always the one I choose. It works well with just about any other flavor and well... it's brown sugar... nothing else needs to be said.
