Bring back V1
When I found CAP's Boston Cream Pie, I was ecstatic - it was THE flavor I was needing for a new recipe - it made it PERFECT. Then Capella discontinued it and pushed this. I bought some at another store because it was the only V1 I could find - or so I thought. They sent me V2 and it was AWFUL. I won't buy anything from that store again because that was misleading, maybe even dishonest. Capella - PLEASE bring back V1!!!! PS - This is no slam to Bull City. This is a GREAT place to shop for flavors!

A tasty light chocolate cream puff
I wasn't paying attention and ordered this thinking it was Irish Creme. After being reminded what an actual Boston Creme Pie is I changed my mine about it. First of all, it has to steep. The alcohol is strong at first smell and it must leave the juice before you use it. Leaving the lid off after mixing works well. That said, it's delicious. Tastes like a Boston Creme Pie or a Chocolate Covered Creme Puff for those who aren't familiar with the pies. I mix it around 4% and get a good mix of the chocolate, cream and pastry flavors.
