Fabulous Blueberry Muffin
Ive used this flavoring at various times and am never disappointed. its very well balanced between the bakery notes and the sweetness, with an authentic coffee shop BBMuffin taste. its important to steep for at least 2 weeks for these properties to come together, and Ive gone as high as 7% in the past, but as low as 2% and its just fabulous.

Faint blueberry non-existent muffin
The blueberry is very similar to fw blueberry, but weaker, at 4% it barely came through, and the muffin is not there at all

just what I needed
If you are looking for a Blueberry flavor to take your bakeries and custards to another level, then this is what you are looking for. This is one of their weaker flavors in my opinion. Stood up pretty well in custard at 3% though.

Well Balanced
This adds a nice density to blueberry bakeries. Has a great mouth feel to it.
