I do like this one, and I add some wild blueberry and sweet cream to it in my mixes...it is a nice, rich dessert flavor with a cinnamon accent, I let it cure/age/blend a couple of days to a week.

    very weak flavor

Posted by Unknown on 27th May 2015

I saw the reviews and said why not. The flavor is so weak, mostly blueberry stands out no matter what % you use. I've had great success with other capella flavorings, for Christ sake the chocolate glazed donut flavoring was way better then this I mixed this at 8 10 12 15 and 18% and never liked any of them. They all steeped for a week and I'm disappointed. To each their own, taste is subjective but I couldn't do anything with this. I mixed with vanilla swirl, cinnamon danish swirl, vanilla custard and sugar cookie and was let down.

    Love my CAP Blueberry Crumble

Posted by CaptDJB on 3rd Apr 2015

SO glad BCV carries these in 120ML. (13ml get's $$ real fast) ! As a DIYer there's a few CAP flavorings that are a MUST in my arsenal this is one. I can make it in YO face or mix with some various vanillas's, caramels for a complex blend. That's what DIY is about making it the way YOU want it. Thank You BULL CITY for Variety, Fast Shipping, Reasonable Pricing and awesome Customer Service !

    follow up

If you don't like this day 1, either wait until day 3 or heat steep, flavor is best after 3 days imo. Very good bakery flavors from this one at 10% flavor / 2% sucralose. 70/30 on a dripper @.2 ohms .

    Worth trying

Posted by Unknown on 28th Feb 2015

I'm picky and only want flavors that are good on their own, I then mix those flavors with other flavors that are good alone, I don't believe in making 2+ bad flavors into 1 good flavor, it doesn't really work, not for people who like good flavor. This is good on its own and will be buying more.

    awesome

The best flavor ever, blueberry stands out and it's just a great flavor. I mix at 13-15% with 70% VG. highly recommended. Can taste it in my dripper but flavor really shines in my lemo tank.

    tasty complex flavor

Posted by Ali on 15th Jan 2015

% really depends on the PG/VG ratios as with VG,you need higher % so keep that in mind when reading reviews when trying to find a good starting point. Im not sure why BCV recommends starting this particular flavor at 5%. I tried my 1st test batch at 10%...wasnt too weak, nor too strong but knew if I went any lower then it wouldnt be enough With all the reviews Ive seen on ECF & Reddit I found others stating 10% or more. Even thou I like this at 10,Im gonna try it at 12 & 15 to see if the notes change or better but right now Im digging it at 10% This is a good stand alone complex flavor which blueberry is the dominate flavor & the cinnamon comes out more later. I dont get much of the "crumble" (pastry) notes, its why I was try upping the % to 12 & again try it at 15%. I bought this flavor only because I read tons of positive reviews on ECF & Reddit...Im glad I did & I recommend this flavor... I consider this one of my top 5 single note faves.

    Delicious blue mush

Posted by brian on 3rd Dec 2014

I was using this at 5-6% and barely got the taste. Then I checked out these reviews and saw the recommendation to start at 4% (I went through 1-5% when I first got it, but I guess I wasn't paying enough attention). At 4% in a Kayfun at 15 watts you taste a candy blueberry, a little cinnamon and mush pastry. Good like all Cap's flavors.

    Great

A pretty astounding flavor. Don't start mixing flavors at such high percentages. Always start at 1-3%, add another 1% and keep testing additional flavor to see what works. 4% works perfect.
