Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble Flavor -Cap

The Cap Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble is really good. I mix at 10% and add a bit of blueberry candy and cinnamon flavor to boost it a bit. I will buy more.

I didn’t expect how this tasted. Not a very good flavor IMO. The cinnamon is more of a red hot/candy cinnamon and I’m not sure why they would use that type of cinnamon in a pastry/dessert flavor. Also the blueberry notes you get are moderately weak and not strong enough to be pleasant... you would think bringing up the % would help however because of the cinnamon it doesn’t. It’s important to note that I usually enjoy CAP flavors... and as always BCF is amazing with customer service and shipping. Package was at my residence in 3 days from NC to MA. Very nice to see a company like this. I just feel right now BCF is the best all around supplier... That would elevate having to go from flavor to flavor and it would make shopping an easier experience and it would lessen the time it takes, it would also attract new business, keep the current clients from leaving the page, creating more foot traffic on the site and a general better shopping experience. Nonetheless BCF is a great online store and I won’t be going anywhere else for flavors and concentrates anytime soon!

I bought this in an attempt to add a bit of a cinnamon blueberry note to my favorite blueberry dessert recipes. At .75% BCC to 4.5% blueberry (extra) it completely took over my blueberry cheesecake. Not a bad flavor, but it has a weird flavor that you smell and taste very distinctly.

Thought this would taste smooth, sweet, and resemble blueberry crumble pie or something.. lots of positive reviews, right?! To me, the Cinnamon is the predominant flavor. And it's the spicy/sweet cinnamon that resembles redhots or cinnamon mike n Ike's. The blueberry is faint in the background and tastes more like a candy than the actual fruit. Not much pie, Graham or crumble taste to it. Again, worth mentioning the "Candy" notes i taste instead of "Pastry". Maybe i need to steep it longer. I will play with it more in mixes. I'm currently mixing it standalone at 10% after two days including hot water steep. Not too pleased tho. BCF Rock Tho. Thanks for the free stickers!

great flavor, has a fairly high "Tartness" to the blueberry flavor

Great to mix with other blueberry flavors.

Good flavor dod a stand alone at 14%.

I find this a very good blueberry although I do spice it up with an additional blueberry that is a little tart to make it like I like to use it. Overall. very good... get some.. you will like it!
