Very Tasty.
Works great alongside lemonade for a blackberry lemonade. Very concentrated. Handwritten note was nice!

I know flavor is subjective and has a ton of variables since every berry can be slightly different. Regardless, this tastes like the more pleasurable aspects of blackberries. I can't say that it is spot on, but it is a fantastic flavor. I have used this in mixes as well as just by itself, great taste.

mixed this at 5% and steeped three weeks, came out great, except a bit of a rough throat hit occasionally. Overall very satisfied, not sure as to what to mix this with yet, but as a standalone flavor it's beautiful.

Sweet Berry ... Little Black
Not the most prominant "Black" berry flavor, but good. It does work wonderfully as a berry sweetener and bring more complex berry notes to my Raspberry and Blueberry flavors.

I have made blackberry cheesecake using the new York cheesecake CAP. I like it, but go easy as it can be over powering. Ive found 3-4% will do.
