Cant remember what percentage I used, probably under 4%,but it was strong. Definitely a black tea taste except it was an unbrewed taste. Like a tea mix that hasn't been put in water to steep. Very concentrated. I think this would work with some light bakery notes and cream
I mixed this by itself at 3%. It is sweet but not too sweet. I do not think it can carry a recipe on its own but I think it is more of a helper in a recipe. I'm glad I bought.
I like it , im addicted to Tea so it suits me well !
Black tea used at 1% is not overpowering or bitter, just earthy, rich, and a little bit smoky... I mix a lot of tea juices and this one for me is great on its own or as a starting point. If I have a juice that I think is too sweet or has a sharpness that I don't care for, I add tea to it. Others use a cream of some sort but I tend to use tea and if that doesn't work, then I will try a cream... just me but it is something very versatile and this one is a keeper.
