This flavor is like the sweet treat that is banana nut bread. A perfect combination of cooked bananas, oven roasted pecans and a dusting of sweetened cinnamon.

Solid Flavor
Nice, realistic banana bread flavor without the typical artificial aftertaste. I use it as a building block for several banana based bakery mixes. My favorite is called Hawaiian Sunrise and is a banana pancake and coconut syrup recipe. This is a solid, versatile ingredient.

Spot on
Tastes JUST like banana bread. I pair this with Lorann's cream cheese and Capella's vanilla custard and for a frosted banana bread flavor. Its good stuff!

great flavor
Ive only used this flavor in a couple recipes but it has been great so far! Not over powering and a great mixer to add banana as well as a thickness aka the bread to your mixes. I am very happy with this flavor, and B.C.F. i cant speak well enough for them thanks again guys!!

Very light banana flavor with light nuttiness. Mixes well with other flavors.

True to taste
It tastes like it should... really needs a little steep time. It seems to get sweeter and more banana taste comes through with steeping for me.

simply versatile
If you mix this flavor it's quite amazing, there are no bad mixes with this flavor! Unless of course you decide to mix with flavor art pineapple

Best when blended...
If you find the right flavors to bring out the more real banana flavor, nut and bread (another banana, nut and ap) this can be a pretty good banana nut bread. I am unable to get that mixing this standalone (may be just me), but can be easily pulled out with the right accentuating flavors. Just takes some tinkering.
