FA - Apricot @ 2%
Fleshy, natural, a little sweet and juicy. There's no skin note and it tastes like it would fill out a peach nicely. It's not a bold flavor but that might be a good thing in a mix. 7/10

Some of us like fruit flavors, others not so much. I was looking for a subtly sweet, not quite acidic fruit I could blend in custard and cookie recipes easily and this is it. Sweet and juicy Apricot, but not an overwhelming fruit by any means, and it is versatile like coconut. Really yummy and true to taste.
