Mixed 5 and 5 with granny smith tart apple and a touch of cinnamon and brown sugar makes a great Granny Smith apple pie.

Not what I excpected
I expected either heavy on the apple or at least a balance of the apple and the pie crust but for me, this one was heavy crust with little apple even after a month steep. Actually seemed the crust got heavier as it steeped so just not for me.

Just like Mama's!
This one is pretty intense so I use it at around 8% to start. But put a little Vanilla Bean and caramel in there and you got yourself so amazing in a bottle!

Cinnamon apple pie
Taste of bakery cinnamon followed by some apple, not really for me but tastes like apple pie.
