CAP - Apple Pie @ 3.5%
It almost tastes like Cap Fuji with a touch of that Cap cinnamon. There's no crust note and it has something creamy in background. Whipped cream? 5.5/10

Really good
Really quite good for apple pie recipes. I'm trying to clone my favorite apple pie recipe I used to buy and I'm sure that this is at the center of it, I just love the sweet caramelly apple flavor of this one as an every day mix. To be perfect it needs so graham crust added (I'm using Cheesecake GC) because there's just pie filling here, no crust. A splash of whipped cream and you've got an incredible and simple Apple Pie recipe.

Happy this is back
I buy a 4oz bottle of this every 3 months or so. This is more of an apple pie filling than a pie itself there is not much of a crust.
