Pressed hard apple cider with notes of mixed apple varieties balanced between aromatic and astringent. This is a very unique apple flavor with a matured, slightly ale yeast note more on the side of hard cider than spiced cider.

Very chemically
Usually a few days is enough for non-creams to settle down into their flavor. I mixed this as a standalone and gave it a week steep. On the knuckle, it tastes amazing...just like a cider. However, once heat is applied, it turns into a pure mouthful of chemical fumes. Going to try and mix with some cake/muffin flavors to see if it's one of those that shines as an accompanying note, but I'm not optimistic as I didn't detect a single apple or cinnamon component in it.

Great, Strong Flavor
I bought this in hopes of creating a cider donut recipe. At 1.5% with an old fashioned donut flavor, I got exactly what I wanted. At that low a percentage, it is also very economical to use.
