Great light sponge cake
This cake pairs well with fluffy white cake or creamy sponge cake for a nice blend. I use this @ 2% and fluffy white cake @2% and it’s a nice base. I made a Twinkie recipe. As with most of the WF concentrates, I immediately ordered a bigger bottle!

Substituted this in a recipe where i used Cake Batter, came out Amazing! A soft and sweet addition when mixed with Butter Cream and Caramel Toffee, definately keeping this on my shelf!
