Very Versatile
I find myself using this more and more since I got it. I use it to make a fellow mixers Peach Champagne recipe and it adds a nice boost to soda & energy type mixes as well. I personally would not use it as a stand alone but I still feel like it is a must have addition.

Extremely Versatile!
I really enjoy this flavor because it is light and easily conforms to the different applications you might have for it! At low percentages (.25-.50%) you can use it to give a little lift to your sherbert recipe. At higher percentages (2%+) some people (like myself) can get a bit of a fizzy feel. Works great for Cocktail recipes where you want a little alcoholic kick but nothing overpowering, but also for any soda recipe where you want a Sprite or 7up type base.

Carbonation baby!
Use this at 1% with your favorite fruit for a wine cooler. Better as a SNV or over night steep. Over a long period of time it tastes more like wine than the fun flavor enhancer it is in the beginning.
