FW Glazed Doughnut
Mostly creamy vanilla glaze- no real donut here. Hint of cinnamon? Not strong cinnamon though. The vanilla isn’t strong. No yeast, the glaze is like Capella glazed donut. It’s not grainy like tap’s. I’d use this as a frosting, or add to cakes. It’s not bad, but at this % (4) I was expecting more. No off notes and quite sweet. If you use this as frosting go 2% or in addition to cakes or donuts you could do 3-4%.

Better than Capella's
I really like this glazed doughnut. A little more doughnut than glaze. You can always add a glazed flavor to it with cream cheese icing and butter cream and/or meringue. this works really well in my Apple Fritter recipe at 4-5%. Add a little Joy to give it a more doughy flavor if that's your thing. Just a really good bakery flavor.
