i ordered this based off reviews, im so glad i did. ive not played with it too much yet as i just got it. my first mix was amazing. as someone else said add vanilla cream INW and its good to go. love FW cakes!

Light, but Delicious!
This is a little on the lighter side, but to be expected with such a delicate flavor. It is a balanced yellow sponge cake, with an almost frosted/powder sugar taste as well (which is really unique, and delicious). It is definitely the soft and moist cake flavor of those yummy treats we all love. Flavor West dominates in the cake flavors, this is just as delicious as their Vanilla Cup Cake, which is purely on point as a white cake. Recipe using this on ELR is called Twinkie Promise, in which I use INW Vanilla Cream to make up the inner filling flavor (they go absolutely great together).
