Must Have!
I highly suggest this flavor. It is very versatile, but I use it my strawberry and cream mix. It gives the strawberry a perfect twang. I use it in CheebaSteeba's Sweet Strawberry Cream recipe. It's my ADV, gotta have some LA CCI!

1.5% - 2% in a mix. Add .5% FA Meringue for amazing icing. It needs to be steeped.

This is an awesome flavor and could only get the 10ml. Lets just say now that it is in stock I will be getting a bigger bottle. This works in just about any bakery or if you just plain love cream cheese.

I can't say enough about this one. This goes great with cakes and adds a lot richness and body to creams. Goes great with cheesecake, as it adds a more authentic flavor.

Add 2-3% to all my cheesecake mixes, really bumps up that cheesecake flavor. Good in any sweet creamy mix that needs more richness.

Get this one
Tastes very much like it's real life counter part, this is very true to what you would expect cream cheese icing to taste like. You don't need to use a whole bunch, but you also don't have to go that easy on it. We even tried it solo, without any other flavors, because we always licked the spoon/knife/bowl when Mom made iced cakes, it's that good.
