Cake Batter
Great as a base to build on, rich thick and only needs to be used @ around 1% don't go too high, fantastic in custard base.

Pretty good batter. Not as "cornbready" as I like but great with creams. 15%

Good with yellow cake
This one has more of a butter note than the FW batter, which is more coconut cream to me. Would go good with custards or yellow cake to add some body.

Excellent Mixer
This flavor is a great mixer with custard and other dessert flavors. I bought it as part of the Mama J's Game Over Custard recipe, which I'm so glad was finally released to the public.

solid, but not on its own
This is a great flavor for supplementing cakes or adding a buttery smooth flavor without going to a cream. For cakes and cupcakes this is a necessity. I mix it anywhere between 2-5% and I don't recommend going higher as this flavor is best as a support role and higher than 4% makes that plastic taste much more noticeable. Pairs best with other Capella flavors and sweet strawberry works beautifully. Steep time is about 3-5 days with very drastic changes after 14. Does not become subtle or muted. For desserts this is a must have.
